The Writer
TRANSLATION
I have been translating freelance since 2016; specialized in cartoons and live action series from English to Danish and as of February 2019 began translating from Dutch to Danish and English as well.
At this moment I’m counting more than a dozen translated series that have been (or are being) broadcast on the following networks:
- Netflix
- Disney Channel
- Nickelodeon
- Cartoon Network
- DR (Danmarks Radio)
And with the following studios:
SDI Media, Møllers Byro, Audio Resort

English to Danish and vice versa: Animation, live action, conversational, commercial, technical
Dutch to Danish or English: Animation, live action, conversational, commercial
Need a translation from another language?
I cooperate with a broad network of freelance translators, so feel free to contact me even for other languages than Dutch, English or Danish.
ARTICLES
Besides now-and-then blog writing, I write articles and columns on a freelance basis. Most notably for the male lifestyle magazine Wings, by Mister B. (The link can be regarded as NSFW for some audiences)
I specialise in gay-related themes and share whimsical tales using my accumulated experiences as an actor, activist, cartoon translator, kinkster and sex worker with a touch of humorous poetic philosophy.
Keep an eye on the blog for news about my writing projects.

The Actor
VOICE ACTING
I have been doing voice-acting and speak since 2009, lending my voice to cartoons, live-action series, computer games, films, youtube clips and educational videos. I am situated in Copenhagen - however, I travel frequently between Denmark, The Netherlands and Malta and have a simple home studio setup for smaller projects.
STAGE (THEATRE/MUSICAL)
Graduated from Ophelia Acting Studio (Class of ’14)
Currently I am engaged as original cast in the newly written play "N.S.F.W." that will open in Valletta, Malta (May 2021)

LIVE-DUBBING
As one of the few people in the world, in cooperation with the children’s film festival Buster (part of CPH PIX), I have been doing live-dubbing since 2011, meaning sitting in the cinema and do voice-overs for all characters; live, as the film is playing.
It’s a unique experience for the audience, and for me as an actor as well. After years of negotiation, I convinced the festival to expand the concept and have more actors doing the live dubbing to the same film to heighten the experience.
This happened the first time in 2018 with the classic Terry Jones / Jim Henson masterpiece “Labyrinth”.
The event was an instant success, and has evolved into an ongoing cooperation with the acting studio Ophelia, meaning that the live-dubbing with multiple actors will be a yearly recurring event.
2020: The Neverending Story
2019: The Neverending Story
2018: Labyrinth
As of 2019, I teach dubbing and speak at Ophelia Acting Studio,
directing the students to perform a live-dubbing session during Buster Film Festival.
PRIVATE SESSIONS AND LESSONS
As well as working with groups, I also have private sessions with individuals both in- and outside the acting industry. Working 1-1 is highly effective and gives the most outcome to the individual.
- Acting / Dubbing, Speak / Preparation for acting school auditions
- Networking, Social Media for Creatives
- Speech preparation (Enhancing impact)
- Creative sparring
- Danish for foreigners (B-level/CEFR)

LGBTQ ADVOCACY IN COPENHAGEN
In 2014 Christian won the prestigious Axgil Activist Award (Currently 'Danish Rainbow Awards') for his work, and started supporting local matters as an active member of the Copenhagen Pride board of directors until his voluntary exile. This happened due to his HIV-diagnosis two days before his graduation as an actor that same year, that spiralled him into a depression dealing with the invisible stigma of living as an HIV positive man.
SEX, KINK AND AMSTERDAM
Since his 2016 move to Amsterdam, and through his work (amongst other things as a fetish model), he has remained outspoken about the importance of a sex-positive lifestyle through his many social media platforms, and on programs on Dutch and Danish national television.
HIV AND POSITIVE HORIZONS IN MALTA
To combat stigma through openness and honesty, he finally spoke out openly about being HIV-positive and was featured in the Dutch magazine "Hello Gorgeous" in the fall of 2018.
By a series of coincidences, he ended up being the first person living with HIV to share his story uncensored on Maltese media, and has used that momentum to spread awareness on the matter since. As of July 2019, his vision of Maltas first HIV organisation became a reality and was welcomed with great support from the Maltese community.
LET'S TALK
Today, Christian uses his accumulated experiences as an actor, activist, cartoon translator, kinkster, sex worker (and foremost as a gay man struggling with living up to society's expectations) to share whimsical tales about drugs and despair, hopes and dreams, having them mocked and crushed, only to rebuild them stronger than ever. He lectures and speaks publicly on his core topics and strongly emphasizes an emphatic approach to dialogue with his followers and interlocutors.
